Black Limestone paving is naturally riven on the top surface with sawn sides. Riven paving will provide a slip resistant surface. Limestone paving slabs tend to have flatter surfaces than the more traditional sandstone paving however they still retain that riven appearance.
Limestone is a sedimentary rock consisting of calcium carbonate‚ often with some magnesium and a little iron. They derive mainly from the accumulated skeletons of marine organisms.
Limestone paving is a strong and durable material that can be used internally and externally. Suitable applications include pathways‚ driveways‚ garden patios and kitchen flooring.

Random Laying Pattern
To repeat the pattern over a larger area line up the horizontally or vertically shaded blocks.
To square off the pattern swap the horizontally shaded flag on the right of the pattern with that on the left and swap the vertically shaded flags at the top with that at the bottom of the pattern.
The pattern is designed to be laid with 10mm joints.
